I opted for A La Carte - and what I ordered was good. Sumptuous and tasty. No issues there.

The room door could have been provided "door bottom sealing strip" - in the room that I stayed there was a large gap between the floor and the door through Cockroaches had the license to enter the rooms and they did. Many times, the room service took their own sweet time to get what the guest wants. Question on service charge: Is it compulsory. To my mind it should not be. Why are you charging? Am also not happy at all that I could not change my duration, which I could do in another hotel when I stayed the last time. Am very unhappy on this count - with Keys select and Booking.com. In fact this probably would prevent me from the staying the next time here.

The breakfast have a big collection of nice food and the hotel is quite comfortable and basic. Its pricing is reasonable. If you have a tight budget and looking to stay somewhere near electronic city this is a good option it’s a 10-15 minutes drive to electronic city.

They were not able to provide us a baby cot which was a problem because we were traveling with a baby. But we got an extra bed which was ok. Or else nothing much to complain

Staff charged us for early check in on 7th May and said it wont come in their audit, also breakfast was not great for the money we paid, very less options

Comfortable, clean rooms. They upgraded us to the highest tier on arrival without charging, which was very nice of them. Polite staff. Couldn’t sample the breakfast as we checked out very early in the morning.

Great soundproofing, uncongested space, plenty of room to move around the hotel especially in a city like Bangalore where real estate is a premium. Loved the beds for its firmness, Aircons worked flawlessly, easy to hail Uber rides and there's a convenience store right next door. An adjacent hotel had a restaurant with amazing Hyderabadi Biryani. Great cocktails/mocktails in the bar. Big shout out to Ahmed the Duty Manager who gave us a free room upgrade, gave me expert recommendations on how to get around in Bangalore and took care of all last-minute requests.

Breakfast was ridiculous as we wanted cold cuts, some nice cheese, boiled sausages, soft partially cooked scrambled eggs with veggies and mushrooms, fresh fruit bowl and juices, instead there's an overwhelming selection of South Indian dishes. In all fairness they tried but couldn't get it right until we gave up on breakfast and ordered in from local delis. To our dismay they were sometimes running short on supplies like white bread (for club sandwich) and even coffee on the last day. Furniture, doors and carpets are end of life and time to change. Housekeeping was disappointing as toilets were not cleaned well but then again toilet fittings need an overhaul.

The staff are very friendly, good rooms and facilities.

The hotel needs to upgrade the linen.

Quiet location still accessible easily. Nice rooms, breakfast and meal has good selection.

Check in was bit messy but when I escalated it, proper response received.

The chair in # 202 was shaky...washrooms needed deep cleaning..looked a bit 'tired' the room and washroom. Could do with some soothing aroma like lemon grass..for relaxation.
